GOLR ARCHIVES DAY HELD AT ROSWYN HOUSE 8th JUNE 2014

What a fantastic day it was, the weather was glorious, the cream tea and sandwiches scrumptious (our grateful thanks to 3rd Gd. Barbara Leitch for her sponsorship towards the food), and our Archives had been presented beautifully by our Curator, P.Pr. Billie Roper with help from PO Tricia Hayes. Our gorgeous QR Rosalie kept the fun going throughout the day and our 1st Pr. Melody Kaye celebrated her birthday with a huge chocolate cake! Our R. Caroline Dennis could be heard singing at the piano at one point during the day and then QR Rosalie decided she had to help out and do the washing up at the end of the day and so borrowed PO Tricia's apron!

2nd Gd R. Anna Golden & husband Ray - Cheers!                     Dame PQ Audrey Maye sitting in front of                                                                                         our 'Buy a Brick' wall

Roswyn House is the London Residence of The Lady Ratlings and their website can be viewed here: www.roswynhouse.co.uk
We will soon be nearing 200 bricks sold in aid of Roswyn's restoration fund and we hope to start the first project soon. Please keep buying the bricks as every one sold helps us move the work forward
and reach our goals. We put the name of everyone who has bought a brick on  to the 'Special Wall' and in time we hope to have every brick panel filled up! Many friends and members have donated bricks in memory of loved ones as well as themselves, so the wall holds lots of memories.
